Privacy
We keep as little as we can. Here is all of it.
Without an account
- A random device cookie, so each browser gets one vote per definition and three submissions a day.
- We store a scrambled (hashed) version of that cookie and of your IP address, never the raw values, to stop vote stuffing and spam.
- Your optional nickname, if you add one to a word.
With an account
- Your email address, used only to send sign-in links. We never show it publicly or send marketing.
- Your display name and the words you submitted.
Translator
Text you type into the translator may be sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to produce the translation. On free plans the provider may use it to improve its services, so do not type personal information into it.
Contact form
When you contact us we keep your name, email and message so we can reply, and delete them when no longer needed.
Cookies
Only the essential ones above, plus a preference cookie if you choose to show vulgar words. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to see or delete your data. Send a request through our contact form and we will act within 21 days.
